Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure operational safety
- Organize and inventory stock in compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Operate warehouse management systems for accurate inventory tracking
- Prepare shipments and documentation for outgoing deliveries
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
