Responsibilities
- Efficiently move materials within warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems
- Load/unload shipments with attention to safety protocols
- Organize stock in designated areas using FIFO methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces per OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license (forklift certification a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (warehouse environment)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
