Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and products
- Manage inventory counts and update warehouse management systems
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment for optimal performance
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely operations
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments with precision and care
- Implement lean practices to improve workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
