Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect and prepare materials for shipping/receiving following safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report maintenance needs
- Uphold 5S standards for cleanliness and organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
