Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Inspect and maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Operate warehouse machinery with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Prepare and organize shipments for outbound delivery with proper documentation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
