Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in cold storage (-10°F to 40°F)
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and maintain dock safety
- Monitor temperature controls and report equipment issues
- Follow HACCP and OSHA safety standards
- Perform cycle counts and stock rotations
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
