Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and unload incoming shipments using RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse zones following FIFO protocols
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Maintain clean and safe work areas by adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
