Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage documentation
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas following 5S principles
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and per OSHA standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle count procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Complete paperwork and maintain digital records using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varying temperatures
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to our industrial park location
