Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and distribute materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and documentation
- Inspect and prepare products for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Proficiency with inventory management software (WMS experience preferred)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
