Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and efficiency
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to 5S principles
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management
- OSHA 10 certification preferred or willingness to complete
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
