Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and containers using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Accurately scan and label inventory items in our WMS system
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months material handling or warehouse experience
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
