Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Organize and manage inventory with precision accuracy
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and shipping processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Reliable transportation to our Seattle facility
