Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Accurately track and manage inventory using warehouse management systems
- Load/unload shipments and organize products in designated storage areas
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing materials
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to ensure safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document handling activities using digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Spanish language proficiency highly preferred
