Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Accurately scan and track inventory in WMS systems with zero tolerance for errors
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO rotation protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Conduct daily equipment safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Support warehouse cleanliness initiatives and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic proficiency with inventory scanning technology (RF scanners)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
