Responsibilities
- Load/unload materials from trucks, pallets, and storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Move materials to designated areas while ensuring proper handling and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently following OSHA standards
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Keep work areas clean and organized following 5S principles
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred but not required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver's license preferred
