Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization systems
- Inspect and prepare shipments for outbound delivery while ensuring quality control
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and reporting
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and stocking incoming shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in basic computer operations and inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required
