Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials within the facility
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment or storage
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify inventory counts
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn WMS systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
