Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment
- Scan and verify inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized stock rotation and FIFO compliance in climate-controlled zones
- Prepare outbound shipments with accurate documentation and quality checks
- Operate warehouse equipment (OSHA-certified) and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory scanning technology and basic computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
