Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and organize materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Accurately track and update inventory in our WMS system while maintaining zero-error documentation
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes and dock schedules
- Support quality control initiatives by identifying and reporting damaged or non-conforming materials
- Operate automated conveyor systems and assist with inventory cycle counts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience or equivalent technical certification
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
