Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels using warehouse management software.
- Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damages and verify against packing slips.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area at all times.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork for daily operations and inventory adjustments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for immediate hires.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on concrete floors.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
