Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Manage inventory with precision, including scanning, counting, and documenting stock movements
- Maintain organized and clean work areas to optimize workflow and safety
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational standards
- Operate warehouse technology systems (WMS, RF scanners) for accurate tracking
- Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory audits as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn warehouse systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to our Tulsa facility
