Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas, production lines, and delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in strict accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock organization.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently, performing daily pre-shift inspections.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C or higher) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime when necessary.
