Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials, products, and inventory throughout the warehouse facility safely and efficiently.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA and company safety standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar material handling role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and work in various weather conditions (if applicable to dock operations).
