Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies using barcode scanners and WMS systems.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and placement in designated storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and ensure production targets are met daily.
- Assist in cycle counts and perform minor maintenance on handling equipment as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
