Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and loading docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading, invoices, and other records to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and process stock transfers accurately.
- Perform picking, packing, and labeling of products for domestic and international shipments.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and streamline workflow processes.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Valid Driver's License (clean driving record) is a plus.
- Forklift certification (if applicable to role).
