Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and sort incoming materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA standards
- Scan and inventory materials using RF scanners to maintain accurate stock records
- Prepare and package orders for shipment with attention to detail
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow 5S methodology
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Reliable transportation to early morning/late shift availability
