As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and our customers receive their orders accurately.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus (training available for the right candidate).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
