Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Verify inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and reconciling stock discrepancies.
- Package and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring all labels and documentation are accurate.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety regulations and 5S standards.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF guns) to update inventory systems in real-time.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment to ensure safe operation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics setting is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification is a plus but not required).
- Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
