Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and timely manner.
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain accurate stock rotation logs.
- Package, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and status.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline material flow and reduce bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
