Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and process inbound and outbound shipments according to company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency and safety compliance.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus.
- Certified forklift operator (CDL Class A/B preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
