Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks, pallets, and containers using hand trucks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Organize, sort, and store merchandise in the warehouse to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock movements.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Package and label items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety targets.
- Assist in receiving and verifying incoming shipments against packing lists.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
