As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our inventory flows smoothly and accurately. We offer a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper placement.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management software to track stock movements in real-time.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hire).
- Strong physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) strictly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
