As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely distribution of goods. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, physically fit, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update stock records accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling is preferred but not required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
