Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage, production areas, and shipping docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning barcodes and logging data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Package and label products securely according to shipping guidelines and carrier specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the receiving and staging of incoming shipments and the organization of raw materials.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock levels match records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we offer training for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
