Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Organize, stack, and stage products to ensure efficient inventory management and warehouse flow.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by strictly complying with safety policies and procedures.
- Report damaged or missing inventory immediately to management.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to operate forklifts (certification preferred; we provide training).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
