Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory in designated storage areas.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo is secured and organized.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in inventory audits as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift operator certification.
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions (loading docks) and stand for extended periods.
