Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (training provided).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
