Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload freight onto and off of trailers, racks, and shelves.
- Inventory Management: Accurately process incoming and outgoing inventory using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery in compliance with safety standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before processing and ensure proper labeling.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and logs accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
- Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time, night, or weekend shifts as required.
