As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Pack, label, and stage products for shipping and distribution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
