Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load, unload, and stage products for shipment according to safety guidelines and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance duties as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
