Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments by counting items and comparing information.
- Pack and label products securely for transport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following 5S principles.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment checks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Forklift certification is highly preferred (training available for the right candidate).
- Basic computer skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
