Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Manage inventory control systems including cycle counts and audits
- Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Implement OSHA standards and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation and procedures
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Basic math and inventory management knowledge
