Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Inspect materials for damage and ensure proper documentation of receiving/shipping processes
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems and barcode scanning technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support order fulfillment and distribution timelines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Operate warehouse automation systems when applicable
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience or relevant vocational training
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory management software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred: Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
