Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory records in WMS systems
- Perform cycle counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy
- Prepare outbound shipments with proper labeling and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimized workflow
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and WMS
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Preferable experience in port-adjacent logistics
