Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely load and unload shipments from trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing inventory against shipping documents and perform cycle counts.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by organizing stock and shelving.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck) safely and according to safety protocols.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders for distribution to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and logs accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
- Safety Conscious: Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliability: Punctual and able to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed.
