Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock with precision and speed.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
- Unload trucks and transfer materials between storage areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Must be reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
