Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming stock while verifying quantities against packing slips.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently to ensure on-time delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Shipment Preparation: Label, wrap, and stage pallets for shipping and loading onto transport trucks.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting equipment issues.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of inventory movements and report discrepancies immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs frequently, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- License: Valid forklift certification (if applying for specialized equipment roles) or willingness to obtain training.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
