Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading and packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize RF scanners to update inventory systems and track stock levels in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in the packing, labeling, and preparation of orders for timely shipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus but not required.
- Forklift certification (Class A/B/C) is a plus but we offer training for the right candidates.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
