Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, ensuring safe and efficient movement of goods.
- Receive, inspect, verify, and document incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment, utilizing appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve inventory discrepancies and shipping issues promptly.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper equipment and techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Certification in forklift operation (forklift license) is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with inventory management software.
- Valid driver's license (clean driving record) is a plus.
