Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using company-provided equipment
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for next-day delivery with RF scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) for material movement
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in a 24/7 operational environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly with proper training
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if unlicensed
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
